Coffee General — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

I'm a bit of a coffee geek and I run 2 specialty coffee shops and I can tell that this place absolutely kills it. They have a variety of coffee beans to chose for espresso drinks (different blends and even different coffee roasters) which surprised me because it is really hard to handle them all well but they do. I had to long blacks from their own roast and different blends and both were brewed to perfection. This is now my GO TO place for good coffee. Never been to the shop, but online ordering is woeful. 6 days to get from North Shore across the bridge, with the only communication being after I chased them up. I order $30 of coffee a week and it won't be from here again.

We stop by for early morning about 7am. The carpark has plenty of area just a block away. Tiny and modern interior design with a long dinning table. The service is friendly and fast. Great coffee blend with a touch of bitterness which is perfect kick for the start of the day. Love the bench table where you can look out the passing by traffic.
