Good bakery. Very friendly customer service, got the chicken cranberry pie, steak and cheese pie, chicken salad and custard donut. Pastry on the pie was really flaky and the consistency was good. Steak and cheese pie needs more cheese, felt this was lacking as could not find much. Chicken and cranberry needed more cranberry. Just needs some small adjustments. Our family had high hopes foe this bakery as it would be our new local for our family in Hillcrest. Although unfortunately the food is very basic and the prices are high. The pies are OK, very basic filling and $6 a pie. And the sweet goods are also very basic. And the shop clerk is hiding out the back of the store so you dont get greeted, and thwy come out just to take your payment. Tried it out last week. Got the Pepper Steak pie. It was nice enough. Pastry was a good consistency but a little plain.
