I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Otahuhu branch. It was an experience that left me feeling utterly disrespected and deeply offended, and unfortunately, it was not the first time I’ve encountered such issues at this location. This incident goes far beyond a simple mistake; it represents a systemic problem with the management and customer service at this branch that requires immediate attention. It also raises serious concerns about the health and safety of your customers.
My order consisted of three small Crispy Chicken Value Meals, a 20-piece pack of Nuggets, and two Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauces. I repeated my order multiple times to ensure clarity, but the order I received was completely wrong - three BBQ Rodeo SVM instead. Through the drive thru.
This wasn't about the money or the food itself. It was about the principle of being treated with respect and having my concerns addressed. When I politely explained to the manager that the order was incorrect, her response was appalling. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and taking responsibility for the error, she immediately became defensive and argumentative. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, It insisted that she had provided me with the correct order. Their tone was dismissive, as if I were inconveniencing it's by pointing out It's mistake, and it even went so far as to imply that by giving me the correct order, she was actually doing me a favor. This, of course, was entirely unacceptable. It felt like a deliberate act of deception, as if they were trying to cheat me out of the order I paid for.
Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also a clear indication of a lack of basic customer service skills and manners. As a manager, she should be setting a positive example for the rest of the team, but instead, It was creating a negative and hostile environment for customers. Its actions created a stressful and unpleasant atmosphere, not just for me but for the other staff members who witnessed the interaction. This is a shame, as they appeared to be trying their best in a difficult situation.
It is a shame that your management has placed a manager like them in a position where she lacks the basic customer service skills and manners expected of someone in that role. It is clear that this branch needs to re-evaluate its management practices and ensure that all staff members are properly trained in customer service standards.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the manager. The current situation is unsustainable, and if this behavior is allowed to continue, it will inevitably result in a decline in customer satisfaction and a negative reputation for Burger King as a whole. This is a serious matter that could potentially put the health and safety of your customers at risk.

Read moreThe worst experience in the fast food restaurant. Burger king seriously have to conduct a regular staff training or just replace all servers to robot. I ordered the burgers through the app and set the arrival time 30mins before arrival. I arrived at the counter and acknowledged by noone for a few minutes even they saw me standing at the counter. The guy at the counter took a while to double check my order when the order should've been done already. I didn't say anything coz they could have been busy. Even though I didn't even come at the peak hours. (8:20) The food was ready after 10mins wait. Those people who came after me ordered later and received theirs before me. What a joke. And they didn't even give me the drinks and I had to go back haha what a joke Burgers were great. This one is better than the one from papakura. That was rubbish. I threw in the bin last time I went there. I am not a peaky person when it comes to food. I ate wixbeeks for...
Read moreHey Burger King Crew,
I've got a beef with your drive-thru, and it's not about the Whoppers! Every time I glide through your royal exit onto Princes Street, my car's front bumper plays a game of tag with the asphalt. Spoiler alert: the bumper's "it" every single time.
Now, I'm all for a good scrape here and there, but my car's starting to look like it went through a knight's jousting match. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one playing bumper cars at your exit, and I can't help but wonder if this little "feature" of yours is turning away customers faster than a burnt fry.
So, here's a whopper of an idea: let's flatten that pavement slope like a pancake and make the exit as smooth as your milkshakes. Trust me, it'll be a hit – and not the kind my bumper's taking!
Looking forward to cruising out of your drive-thru with my bumper intact. Let's make it happen!
Keep flipping those...
