My food was great and the service I received from the male was great. However, the customer service I received from the female was over the top and condescending. What I found more disturbing was how she was speaking to her colleagues, I would class it as bullying and just plain rude. I don’t know if she was the manager for the day, but I don’t think standing at the counter barking orders at her colleagues, interrupting while they are talking to customers and taking their orders and constantly making snarky comments to them. I was also told that I should be happy they had any sauces/dressings to choose from as I was taking a moment to decide which dressing I wanted as my usual had run out. Gave me wrong order, insisted they gave me the right one with no evidence. Insisted it was my fault because the self-service machine ran out of paper and would not print a receipt. Showed them photo on my phone of the machine screen, and they changed their argument by claiming that all the extras I paid for (even after showing them my screenshot) did not show up on their store-copy of the receipt. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Standing right in front of the counter ready to order however the Indian lady and the chef did not even make ANY eye contact with me nor asked me to wait till she was ready to take my order. My friend and I were standing in front of them like transparent air. We walked away due to their rudeness and their unbelievable customer service. Their business is set to fail and leave very bad impression for customers for not being respected if they do not understand BASIC MANNERS, especially at the airport where they meet people from all over the world.
