Retro Espresso Coffee — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Poor service, no basic hello or thank you etc. They blast their music so loud you have to shout your order at them. Waited 30min for a “be back in 10min” sign, ordered a large Latte and regular cappuccino, they gave me a reg latte and large Cappuccino. Ordered a regular got a large, (thanks for the upgrade i guess but large is too milky!) The customer service is really bad. I’ve bought coffees from here on different occasions with different staff on every time and it seems as if the culture at this place is the same, they don’t care about service . I’ve stood there more than 3mins with no one else in the line while the workers talked amongst themselves completely clueless to me waiting. The lady behind the counter was rather quiet, she must work long hours as the hours open on the side of the trailer says from 4am.

The coffee itself was inside of my keep cup container, and the large mocha, with almond milk, and not too hot order was quite nicely done.
