It's a nice place but I was served a pizza that was just too charred, and inedible without picking large bits of crust off. I commented and was told it was "normal", but they did offer to make another one. I didn't want to be a di*k about it, and didn't want to wait longer, so I just ate the burnt one. The burnt bits and the taste of burnt garlic, and the way it was handled by the staff gets 3 stars from me. I reckon, 1. Don't serve burnt food (that's just not fair, not healthy and not cool), but 2, If you do and someone comments, don't make them feel like they're being unreasonable, and maybe offer them something by way of compensation. I'd been meaning to give one of your pizzas a crack for quite some time, and after my fledgling visit last night, I honestly wish I'd stopped by sooner.

I opened the box up, and I swear I heard an angel's choir resonating through my head, and saw a beam of light shoot down from the heavens above, illuminating the glorious creation laid before me.

The poor pizza never stood a chance.

Now I'm left with a half-serious consideration of relocating to the district, for the sole reason of being closer to this establishment.
