John's pizzas are the BEST. I have been buying Salvitos pizzas for sometime now and the quality is always 5 star. This last Friday after I had ordered online, John phoned me to let me know Hardy Street was blocked off for the Masked Parade. I really appreciated that because I have difficulty walking and it meant I could find the closest carpark in Buxton Square, so I did not have to struggle to walk too far.

I often call in on a Friday at about 1.30pm to pick up my slab and I also stay and have a Gorgonzola and Truffle piece for my lunch. The best! John always puts lots of anchovies on my slab and cuts it up into meal size pieces I can put in the freezer. He par cooks it so I can cook it from frozen in my bench top oven. Best, food, service and atmosphere and meeting his boys has been the best too. Such lovely boys, now students who are polite and interested in talking to and finding out about you. They are a delight.

They use quality ingredients that taste fresh & delicious. Even their pizza’s crust is superbly light & tasty. I recommend the Margherita slab pizza pie. Although, we all know that the ingredients used in food is one of the most important things in the way the food turns out.
