Best Kebabs — Restaurant in North Island

First of all we were handed the wrong meal and halfway through they discovered they had the orders mixed up which did not incur in an apology nor replacement. The meal was very disappointing with far too much sauce to begin with and poor presentation. The salad was very minimal and basic with very roughly chopped vegetables including some chunky raw onions. The meat especially lamb tasted like a value variety sausage. For the price we paid we would’ve expected a little more. Things such as an order number would really help especially seen as the large volume of people in town today. Unfortunately this was not a pleasant...

When I paid for a large kebab, I assumed the portion of meat would be slightly larger than a small, but apparently it just meant a larger bread with empty spaces. The portions seem to have recently been reduced. Having been a loyal customer for many years I will now be checking the competition. I stopped using pizza hut when their toppings were reduced to boost profits, and sadly, Best Kebabs appear to be putting short term gain before customer satisfaction. So disappointed!! Have been getting kebabs from here for years...BUT the last 2 visits we have ended up feeling RIPPED OFF!! Hardly any meat or sauce in the kebabs - so much salad stuff you really can't taste the meat (or see it) and the sauces have been watered down so much that it just ends up in the bottom of the bag!! Chips were hot - but soggy - and had very little salt on them! $42 is outrageous & sadly we can't afford to waste money like that...so we won't...
