Chicken Fryday — Restaurant in North Island

This place used to be great. My family and I ate there and ordered Uber many times over the past few years. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had on the phone with a takeaway shop. Two items were missing from our order so I called to ask how we could get our missing items and was met with an angry staff member insistingI should call the Uber driver to sort it out, telling me not to speak over her (which i absolutely wasn’t), and essentially taking zero responsibility. By then end of the call she said she’d try to sort something out which to her credit she did. So sad that this came to be, and the level of intolerance and disrespect was crazy.
