Domino's Pizza Khandallah — Restaurant in North Island

I ordered a large Hawaiian with stuffed crust and a large peperoni stuff crust, a garlic bread and a stuffed bread online and to pay on collection. My partner picked up and the staff member immediately stated that there was no stuffed crust so she made the executive decision to upsize my pizzas to extra large and that its the same cost, as a result changed me accordingly. I didn't order two extra large pizzas nor did I want to be charged for two extra large pizzas and what frustrated me more was that the order had my phone number and the staff member could have phoned me to discuss that stuffed crust was not available and if I would like something else, not just assume I would like two extra large pizzas. When my partner arrived home with the pizzas and mentioned what happened I also couldn't fathom why we had to pay for the two extra large pizzas when that's not what we ordered. I am disappointed in Domino's Khandallah for assuming I'd be happy with a change to my order without contacting me and still be expected to pay for for the additional size that was...

We are regular customers at Domino's pizza Khandallah. This shop is making meals lower standard than when they were opening. We often receive either under cooked or over cooked things. The biggest issue to us is they are hardly on time to make the orders. We placed the order on a Wednesday night, the website said it will be ready by 6pm, but we wait until 6.30pm. Clearly they don't have ability to run the business during a reasonable busy night, all I heard was the Indian owner or manager yelling the staffs. I felt really sorry to those poor fellows. Exceptional customer service. I ordered delivery at a busy time of year. I immediately received a phone call informing me that they were short on drivers and delivery time was taking longer than usual. They compensated me for this. They didn't have to, and I didn't ask or insist. The food got to me within a reasonable time, and was hot. The driver also provided exceptional customer service, super friendly. As someone who has worked in customer service myself for well over a decade, this is some of the best I have ever experienced. What a great team...
