KFC — Restaurant in North Island

Let’s start this off as i’m very unhappy about my recent venture to this KFC for lunch. I Got in their and placed my order via the kiosk and i had to duck around, up and down to look at the screen because it was royaly ducked and was half black. I ordered 2 BBQ sliders and a Pepper mayo slider to share with my co workers and by the time it was ready the lady was shouting out my order and the buzzer didn’t even buzz, keep in mind i could barley hear her as the establishment was packed with local school boys who were driving their mopeds up on the footpath to get in before their friends. Once i received my order it looked like they had been featured on an episode of WWE Grand slam as they were flatter than a wrap, they had been wrapped up so tightly that the sauce had bubbled to a point of no return and once i tried to pick it up it exploded all over my fingers they were so cold it was embarrassing, i didn’t want to eat them but i was starving and didn’t want to re order due to how many students were in there as my order would probably be done in an hour. The pepper mayo slider was basically liquid pepper and the coleslaw tasted like hand sanitizer. I’m very disappointed with my experience and don’t recommend to anyone, To ever...

The Indian looking cook was the slopiest dishonest cook with the way he made and presented our large tubs of Mash & Gravy...lumpy and no mash in both tubs.

I'll be inspecting every single item with a fine tooth comb before I drive off next time, even if there is a long line of cars waiting, for however long it takes!!!

I didn't drive 20min back to the store because I was so angry I was going to make that cook know how pissed off I was (and on Queens Birthday at that. happy birthday indeed)!!! Just as well I have more sense than he has!!! How could that fool let me drive away with that Mix and Mash meal and I was even given a classic Coca-Cola instead of what I asked for, No Sugar Coke...WASTE OF $27.90 WE HAVE EVER SPENT ON A MEAL!!!!!!!!

He needs to be fired or at least a write-up/ disciplinary letter or something along the lines of that!!! Absolutely no love went into making our meal or respect...

Long time KFC fan. First time author of complaint to KFC. We’ve all had some bad KFC. We regret it afterwards. Maybe complain to others that one was average. But we go back.

Never have I felt the compulsion to put it in to angry words. I’m not a Karen. I just care deeply about my community and I’m worried your gana get my beloved store shutdown if you carry on with the burger you served me today. Imagine how horrible it must have been??

Please investigate. It was soggy. Way too much onions. I hope my description can narrow down the person/process/ responsible. I can only assume there is a systemic issue within the store and I just hope we have caught it early and it can be isolated. Please do better.

For my efforts in hopefully identifying an issue that you can resolve. I would like to provide my bank account number. As I feel compensation is due. Not just for cost of meal but emotional distress. Time to write complaint and perhaps a reward. Someone should also be given a stern warning over that burger and receive...
