排华 慎重。 Not recommend at all, today is just the day after new year and is our first time got here, we order 4 glass juice and 4 dishes we only get 2 juice until we remind in haft hours ago,we still waiting for other 2 juice... Another long waiting...and only got 3 dishes,until we finished all and we still waiting the last one, then we remind again. They went to confirm and we keep waiting for a 'confirm',waiting, again, again. we have to keep ask how is the confirm, ok then they finally told us is making now. The whole dinner time our waiting time is around an hour and we all don't want to stay any longer. Well, there's one woman work there and doesn't seem to welcome us, She told us we keep waiting because we hadn't book a table earlier so other client will be priority to eat,not us. But...there not that busy in restaurant!!. Anyway stuff should be fair if restaurant already offer a table for us now and we are here, if you fully book then don't book anyone in,we could have better night in different restaurant. One things make want to spend time write feedback, We asked a soy sauce for our sashimi, and that stuff say 'is there no sauce in your other dishes？you could use it as the same things' And I have told her,l need a soy sauce just for my sashimi not mixed with my other dishes. I don't think she would do that to local or...

The worst dining experience ever. This restaurant was suggested to me by the Airbnb host. Very disappointed. Food looking good but the taste is on average level, not worth the price, terrible service. Staff not trained properly, bad attitude. Came in at 7.30pm, ordered 3 entrees and 4 main courses , had our entrees but only one main course, the other mains still not on the table by 9.00pm. We were taught by the manager that all starters will be served first and then the mains. However, The fact is that only the scotch fillet was served straight after the starters, but the table wasn’t cleaned - proved by the photo of the steak. And there’s no dishes coming out until 9pm, because the staff who served me the steak didn’t recognize that we finished our entrees already. During that time we’ve called another staff, she said ‘give me one minute’ but never come back to check what we need. We tried to ask the bar tender to check our orders, and he walks in to the kitchen and then walked out, didn’t come back to us. When we asked for the remaining dishes at 8.50pm which is the third time, the staff promised the dishes will be served to us in 10minutes. Unfortunately we end up with decide to leave at 9.10pm. Such bad attitude, no apologies at all. Staff shortage is not good enough for excuse. Will not...

Just had dinner for four. 2 burgers waygu beef, pretty average, waitress was absolutely fine, great job. Chef refused to respect my request for med rare Pattie or show respect to supposedly best beef in the world. Cited jacindas nanny law of not being allowed to serve undercooked food. Then serves undercooked pasta, four times. First two pasta dishes had to go back as not defrosted before cooking most likely cause. lovely flavour but not cooked fully. Second time round better but not cooked correctly. Bar manager (owner? ) came over and overrode waitress who was doing fine dealing with a basic situation, no need for manager to step in . Told us they happy to cook something else also "as that's how pasta was cooked..." implying we were just wrong. She didn't know she had two trained chefs as customers. Bit rude and unnecessary. We weren't complaining the second time. Food Was edible, just not worth 23$ for (probably) bought in tortellini not prepared correctly. Side salad was below average. Its a nice place, great location. Will try again but food was very average, will have to be 2x better for is to go 3 times... Not even busy...
