Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Island

Rather unprepared, I believe in a fast food environment there should be allocated areas and it seemed like employees were far more focused on delivery orders and Uber eats orders than the actual customers in person. I understand it is public holiday but I believe in store customers should take priority because they are the ones having to sit and wait for up to an hour. I ordered one pizza and two drinks and have had to wait almost an hour. I think if I were the manager here it would function in a far more efficient and timely manner where customers get served in a decent amount of time therefore allowing them to actually enjoy their food rather than dwelling on the time waste...

I hate this Pizza Hut Mount maunganui.... staff members are very bad and stupid....i waited for 10 min to take the order, after 10 min one staff member came out and took my order......i paid the pizza' s price......i wait for 15 min for pizza....after 15 min i went there and wait another 10 min and after 10 min one staff came out and i asked about my order and they told me your transaction were dicline ......i spent my 40 min valuable time for pizza but they didn't tell me about my payment dicline, i waited for 40 min.....it was my 45 min break time, it was waste with this Pizza hut...sooo, i hate this Pizza hut...... really bad service and silly and bad staff...

I am profoundly dissatisfied. For over three years, my husband and I have placed a weekly order on Fridays: an extra-large, thin-crust Hot and Spicy Veg pizza with added pepperoni and mushrooms (we are not vegetarian; we appreciate the jalapeños). We have always used the Papamoa Pizza Hut, but following the fire, we decided to try the Mount location. I regret this decision. Please review the attached photographs and confirm whether any vegetables besides jalapeños, pepperoni, and mushrooms (which we payed extra) are present. Furthermore, the total cost exceeded $20. While I am generally tolerant and rarely complain, this represents unacceptable...
