Let me explain why I only give your restaurant 2 stars. Here's why: Today, 29 October 2023, We ordered 1 Hainan Chicken Rice ( Fried) and 1 Dry Kwetiau.
I dont have any problem with the dry kwetiau. It was amazing. but for the other food, Hainan Chicken Rice, it is very disappointing. Here's why:
You served us an undercooked chicken, which us still pink. Luckily, I saw the Chicken before my partner ate the chicken. Do you know how much bad bacteria inside raw chicken?? It can lead to food poisoning and Dierrhea. You are almost poisoning us.
When I told the restaurant, yes, you guys said sorry and took it back to the chef. And you gave back to us with the same food.. only the undercooked part you guys take out. You tried poisoning my partner for the second time!!!!!
I tried to talked to you again, and you said the chef offered to give you the new one. So, I am OK with that BUT, YOU NOT GIVE ME THE NEW ONE..YOU GAVE ME THE SAME FOOD BUT YOU FRIED IT TWICE. So the chicken is really dry. You are the one who offered us the new one!!!
This is restaurant supposed to served a great food. When I come to wellington on 2019, this is the first restaurant I eat and I love this restaurant. EVEN when I already work at wellington. I ALWAYS RECOMMENDED the company I worked at to order fried hainan chicken rice from RNS restaurant. But, today, how you treated us, the old loyal customer, was really disappointing.
When a customer purchases your food, the customer expected the best value from the food and the restaurant.
I am so sorry guys, you just lost your 2 Loyal Customers. This is the last time we will eat and order from...

Many of their dishes, eg. Noodle Soups and Char Kway Teow, are typical hawker-style, street-food fare, cooked to perfection overseas. RS SNH offers a close version in Wellington.
March Update: However not all dishes are created equal; the prawn won tons were very underwhelming in both quality and quantity as was their assam laksa. Keep to their signature dishes as some dishes have fallen off the culinary...
Read moreHad a pork fried rice for me and deep fried chicken wings and roti w/ satay sauce for my wife. Food was great and taste good. Downside for me is, they don’t serve free water, so you will be forced to buy a mineral water or softdrinks. I think all restaurants should have atleast free bottled water. Another thing is that, when I asked for a container to put our leftovers, they are charging $1 for it (and they are quite small). So if you are wanting to dine here, this is just a reminder that, There are a lot establishments around cuba street that offers free water and take...
