Pita Pit — Restaurant in Northland

Rude staff member...when I queried my pita points card balance ..and found out that after using it multiple times..I had no points ..I commented that the staff had not being adding the points when I was presenting it everytime ...and she took exception to my comment...I am not physically swiping the card .staff are actioning it ..so to have visited for at least 10 times and to only have points for 1 pita ..and yes I know to present before payment ...so I can only assume that they are not loading / swiping correctly ...food is always fine ..but attitude of particular staff...

Not a great experience. I asked for a vegetarian pita and specially requested to cook the falafel separately. The girl on the counter used same place on the grill to cook vege meal and used same utensils to chop meat and vege meal. The staff does not often change their gloves either for every separate customer. Poor health and safety for customers. They say vegan but its all cooked and served on same grill and with same tongs. A customer can have allergies, religious constraints, or personal reasons. Something that owner...

I’m not one to usually leave a bad review but my goodness were we let down. We upsized two bowls to the regular size and were left feeling very hungry after our bowls were delivered half empty. We paid for all the extras… Cheese, avo, etc and only had an absolute minuscule amount included. Between $20-30 each and left hungry is simply not ok. We frequently order pita pit around the country when working on the road so have an understanding of what to expect and this did not meet the mark. Very...
