Beautiful clean place. But that's as far as I can go for positive things
We booked on line for 5 kids the roads were awful as there was a cyclone The girl we spoke to was lovely. We said we would be late she said that was fine we could go to the next session. We arrived 15 minutes late and they put our bands on. We sat and waited not knowing we were ment to go in . When we asked we were told it had already started. Such bad communication. They did offer to put us in the next slot but then it was another 45 minute wait we had already traveled for over an hour and then sat for 15 minutes. We just went in as the kids couldn't wait longer. Maybe we could have gone out to lunch if we had known. We have 15 month old twins I couldn't believe that I couldn't be in with them in the baby and toddler area. It's not safe to not be with your toddler supervising. They can fall down the holes from one level to the next!!!!! All other indoor play parks you need to be there to supervise your children. Our 6 year old tried to come in to the toddler area I politely told her she couldn't but then I was told to get out of the area . I was actually shocked it's so unsafe I have worked in hospitality for 30 years but wow The woman who owns this or is the manager needs some training in the art of polite communication. I understand people can be hard to deal with. But I feel we were incredibly nice and tried to be accommodating . Such a bad experience after being on holiday up north and stuck in a cyclone with 5 children. This should have been a...

Flipout is a trampoline park chain that has locations all over the world. They offer a variety of activities, including trampoline dodgeball, basketball, slam dunk zones, foam pits, and more. They also have a soft play area for younger children.
I recently visited the Flipout trampoline park in Whangarei, New Zealand, with my family. We had a great time! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
We spent about 2 hours at Flipout, and it was the perfect amount of time for us. We were all tired but happy by the end!
Overall, I would highly recommend Flipout to anyone looking for a fun and active activity for the whole family.
Here are some pros and cons of Flipout trampoline park:
Pros:
Clean and well-maintained facilities Friendly and helpful staff Variety of activities to choose from Perfect for all ages Cons:
Can be crowded during peak times Prices can be a bit high Some activities may be too challenging for younger children Overall, I would give Flipout trampoline park a 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great place to have fun and get some exercise!
Here are some tips for visiting Flipout trampoline park:
Book your tickets in advance, especially if you're visiting during peak times. Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Bring water and snacks, as there is no food or drink sold inside the park. Be aware of the safety rules and...
Read moreWe had a party here today, from the minute we arrived the staff were rude and grumpy. Yes we were a couple of minutes late but when you have kids that happens. At 11.28 we had started packing up our stuff when the old lady walked in and snapped that we needed to leave the room. Everyone in our group commented on how rude she was. We were out in 2 minutes. Then some members of our group were sitting down by the desk and were approached by this women and asked if they had a problem. No one had made any comment to anyone at that point. Was really aggressive and unnecessary. When the member of our party told the women she was very rude she said if you don't like it don't come here. I can guarantee we will never pay the nearly $400 it cost for a very awful experience again. Highly over priced especially when you are treated like that. When I posted this very same review on their Facebook page they blocked me. People in a business that deals with kids daily surely should have a bit more kindness. It's very sad there's no competition for this bad customer service in Whangarei. In reply to your comment, if you review your footage you will see the rude behavior from your staff and also you were standing at the counter when your member of staff went off at a couple of mum's from our group. Hardly professional behavior in my opinion. And the fact you haven't acknowledged or apologized for this poor treatment when we have spent so much money there today is...
