They are closed on Mondays (although Google Maps indicated that they were open).
Got one lamb and one chicken kebab wrap. The lamb was ok but they were stingy with the meat. The choice of sauces play an important role in the taste of the kebab too.
The chicken kebab was pretty disappointing. The meat was dry (full breast meat) and there wasn’t a lot of the meat to begin with. $17 for a regular kebab wrap of this portion is kinda pricey. It’s a pity there’s only one official halal eatery in Wanaka. You’d probably be better off preparing your own meals during your stay in Wanaka if you’re visiting.
Just get some pasta, frozen prawns, and bring your own paste/spices or look for halal ones from New World/the Warehouse or improvise your meals with instant noodles, bread/eggs etc.

The lamb was forever so juicy and soft, the falafels moist all the way through with traditional spices to make you remember your holidays around the other side of the world.
