Was hopping for an easy dinner night so got takeaways and ordeeed online. We had to wait an additional 20min after pick up time to get our order and it was disgusting. All the food was dead cold and when we ordered an extra large meat on chips they gave us the size down so went back in they then gave the same meal with cold chips and a shit tone of meat missing the sauces we added. As for the wraps we got the combo deal and upgraded to a large but got given a medium at this stage I had already been in 3 times for them doing the meat on chips wrong so didn’t want to go back in. Very rude staff. We came with our baby boy who is one year old. When we got there, my husband was ordering while I was taking our son off the stroller when it fell down. The man at the counter didn't offer any help and was worried whether the floor was dirty or not. Besides this, he kept hurrying me. All the time we were eating he was staring at us to check if we would soil the place. And my baby boy is starting to learn how to eat. When we finished, we cleaned what we could and left. And I said - thank you and good bye. The man didn't answer me and just showed an annoyed expression. We didn't feel welcome with our baby over there, so I would suggest not to go...

Been one of my go to for the past 2 years. And frequently about at least 2-3x a week. I even have a gym buddy who works there. Have stopped as i have recently visited and i have ordered extra large and large for my brother and when we got home the large was the same size as the xtra large. I would probably be better off getting large size. Very unpredictable as it happened twice. I normally order large and wanted to get xl as i was hungry and paid for the big jump of price but was left disappointed.
