WongGok Restaurant — Restaurant in South Island

I recently had a small gathering at WongGok, and it was a great experience from start to finish! The staff was welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our time there. They were accommodating to our group, which made everything smooth and enjoyable.

The food was excellent—fresh and flavorful. Everyone in our group was happy with their meal, and the atmosphere was just right for relaxing and catching up.

After a long day of driving we ordered take away to eat back at our accommodation. The staff were welcoming and friendly. After we picked up our food they literally chased us down the street (not just a short way!) as they had forgotten to put something in our bag. They also gave us a complimentary serve of their delicious hot and crunchy sauce. The food was DELICIOUS. We had chicken fried rice, vegan mapo tofu, Szechuan tofu and veggies, sweet and sour pork, dumplings, spring rolls and wontons....

Ordered roasted duck rice from the menu where Medium or Large size were given as an option. I specifically told the waitress that I'd order a medium size and she said okay. When I was paying the bill they told me that this dish only has large size, which was obviously different from what is stated in the menu.
