Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
I had high hopes for Carl’s Jr. as my last dine in was at least 3 years ago, but my visits have been underwhelming.
Food Quality: I ordered the Superstar burger, expecting a juicy, flavourful bite, but it was dry and seriously lacking in sauce. For the price, I would rather go for a Big Mac at McDonald's, which at least delivers better consistency. On my second visit, I tried the Portobello burger, which was much better—but consistency shouldn't be a gamble.
Service: While there were other servers who provided good customer service, this review is specifically for the one who didn’t. The server who brought our tray clearly needed a refresher on basic customer service. Instead of placing the tray down properly, she just dropped it on the table with one hand. Small things like this make a difference in the dining experience.
Ambience: The air-conditioning was way too cold—uncomfortably so. After checking other reviews, I realised I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. They should really adjust the temperature to a more reasonable level.
On the positive side, the place was clean, they provided serviettes on every table, and there were ample parking spots, which was great. However, cleanliness and convenience alone aren't enough to make up for subpar food and poor service.
Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to return. If Carl’s Jr. wants to compete at its price point, it needs...
Read moreFirst time here in a long time. What a dissapointment. One person taking orders, who appeared to be very inexperienced. Massive queues, long waits and not a lot of orders looking to get filled.
I ordered online and was advised a 7 minute wait time. I walked inside to collect it, watched the order move across the list of orders on their screen and dissappear.
I finally got to the counter and advised i was there to collect a web order, server turned around, shrugged her shoulders and said 'it mustnt have come in yet'
Finally got the attention of someone else who grabbed a bag from on top of the warmer. God only knows how long it was up there for but by the time we got it it was cold.

After misunderstanding the advisement which showed a really nice burger from $5, I ordered a few of it but then I had the surprise that the burguer which is $5 is a very basic one and not the one on the big advertisement. Ben who was managing the drive-through orders had the patience to stop and explained that the burger on the photo was not the one for $5, but from $5, he offered me to receive the same lunch as the one on the photo as I explained that I had gone there specifically because of it. Thanks Ben for the great customer service provided. Even though the guys were in a hurry, he managed the situation and kept the customer satisfied. Definitely a place to come...
