Sunday evening, made an online order of 3 pizza's and 3 sides. To mention that two sides out of three came with the price of $2.60 per unit and the third one has been paid extra, as $5.00. Arrived at the store and there were only 3 pizza and 2 sides. The indolent guy handed the short order to me and that's it. I asked where is the third side. If I wouldn't ask, my loss. The answer was that they run out (?) and they can refund $2.60 instead. I asked how long will take to bake the third one, he asked a colleague and she answered 15 minutes. Out of this unfortunate true story I can highlight the following: They did not fulfill the order on purpose; They are stealing as a team because it is obvious that each staff member knows how long will take to bake those sides, inclusive the guy we served me; When I asked for refund, they offered the amount of $2.60 which is the price per unit for the promotion ones. I asked for $5.00 because this is actually the price I paid for the third one, as extra from the promotion; When he tried to highlight that the price is $2.60, he showed me the receipt but he refuses to hand me my receipt. It is obvious they are reluctant to hand the receipt since they don't want the customers to have any proof. Not to mention that the ribbon was ages old so the receipt was almost impossible to be read. I learned my lesson when I saw the latest reviews, every single one is quoted one star. It is a shame for Domino entity since the customer and the franchisee are in loss because such staff behavior. I have my doubts now if they are properly following the cleanness rules since they are only focused to make couple of dollars. Tip for the franchisee - pay attention to the lease as this shop will be soon closed due to lack of staff, I mean, proper staff... and the lack...

I go up and ask another worker where it was. He replied with oh it seems to be wrong we forgot the bacon. We will make another one so you get two pizzas instead. I say oh that's cool thank you! 20 mins pass. Still no sight of pizza.. I ask another person behind the counter and asked about other pizza. He went and checked and he was unaware of anybody making the pizza I was told I would get.. he asks if I want him to make it I say no thank you I'll just have the other one. He refunded my money which was good but the person I was waiting with had there pizza cold too. So they ended up remaking both pizzas for free. Again free pizza is great but waiting close to an hour for a couple of 5$ pizzas was not worth the wait... it's not hard to put pizza topping on a base and then put it...

Went back in store and they were very apologetic, even offered a free drink and extra garlic bread I know mistakes happen even minor. ( i turned down the drink, as that was too much to ask), it was a minor mistake, and I know they happen. Team was so very apologetic. Just that time to make a minor mistake right was unbelievable, so the team that was on, on friday 6/9/24 @ 11.40pm you’re awesome. Service like that is a rarity these days, people will go lengths to criticise yet none really do for positivity so I will.
