J’s Tea has Missed the notes instructions was not following order as instructed it’s wasting time & money it’s not worth the services that’s been paid it’s not ok it’s not great it’s very bad reputations Thanks a lot 🥶 I’d not asked for taro jelly it’s just extra loads of taro only & I’ve sincerely requested to leaving out the pearls they did not follow what’s been instructed it’s very bad of J’s Tea them 🤮 I’d needed to dug out the wasted ingredients & wasting time / patience / equipments & efforts to washing unnecessarily extra dishes costing powers energy when it should’ve been included within service but for it’s bad reputations of representing its causing drastic actions to be taken it’s wasted a big disappointment it’s not fine it’s BAD & after hard work digging out the trash there’s only a minimum of 1/4 of beverages to cover up the drinks that’s not what I’ve paid it’s a ripped off

To be honest, it's disappointed to ordering the prok mince rice, they said it would be taken about 30 mins to cook, because it had many customers there. And i said ok. After 30mins, i arrived at there, they siad they run out of mince, so i was angry very much! I was nicely change my mind to buy the bbq pork rice. When i had my rice, the rice was dry, i think they made in the microwave, because i was chef, i know what they done the foods. I never go there again 1 month. It's so disappointed.

Had the Taiwanese braised mince noodles and also the salt, pepper and chili fried pork on rice. The noodles was simple, but the mince on top was quite yummy. The pork was very good, the side dishes are just ok and the rice was little bit too wet but still not bad. Price is very good here and portion large. The dessert coffee jelly is my wife's favourite and reminds her of her childhood. Spacious place, will come again.

The food is ok not like amazing but not bad. The service is terrible even I can’t understand why the receptionist/waitress treat people so rude! I went to eat with friends yesterday. At the beginning we waited long time that the waitress didn’t come to take food order. And when I asked about the food details, she answered as what the picture shows. I’m not blind! I need something recommend or just more choices! When she delivered the food to us, she even throw the dishes on our table. Finally we went to pay the bill, we said we would like to separate the bill, she showed impatience and said you can’t change again! I am so disappointed to this restaurant! I don’t know why she behave so bad to us and try to make us angry. As a waitress and cashier, she never smile to the customer and never say any polite...

I ordered a red bean slushy drink, 3 people come in 1 by 1 and they recieve their drinks before me. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I didn't mind at first, but more people came in for drinks and got theirs before me. I ended up leaving because the wait was just too much for a simple drink and it was evident, they weren't making my order. Don't visit this place, I don't think I've ever had to wait that long for a drink before. I'd recommend Hulucat if you're after bubble tea or milk tea. The food at J's tea is also terrible. My first visit wasn't very pleasant either, but I gave them another chance with the drinks....
