Visited this restaurant on Saturday, place was quiet I was the only one customer there. Waiter gave the menu but water wasn’t served in the beginning. The waitress was not good with English and was hard to understand whether the dish was dry or gravy item. Finally I made up my mind to go with the waitress suggestion which was spicy beef on steamed which was good. Water was served after I started eating. No music was played it was very quiet. I'm not a fan of this one.
From my prospective Hunan cousine supposed to be hot, spicy, a bit salty, a bit oily and with heaps of chillies.
They seem to be very mild or should I say "compromised"? I'm not saying they are not delicious but thet simply are not good enough for me to return.
My expectations to Xiang series dishes are yummy enough making me nonstop eating rice. Unfortunately, this is not the right place for me.
