Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I’m not someone who typically leaves negative reviews—in fact, this is the first one I’ve written in over eight years. However, the service I received at this store was unacceptable and warrants honest feedback.
I called to report an issue with a footlong sub that was completely dry and lacked the four sauces I had specifically requested. During the call, two staff members kept switching without informing me, forcing me to repeat my complaint multiple times. The communication was poor, and neither staff member seemed interested in listening or resolving the issue professionally.
Eventually, they agreed to remake the sub and assured me it would be ready for pickup, as I was working and needed it prepared in advance. When I arrived 15 minutes later, not only was the sub not ready, but the staff began arguing with me. Instead of honoring their promise to prepare a fresh replacement, they asked what sauces I wanted to add to the old one—completely disregarding the prior agreement.
This lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude was incredibly frustrating. There were no greetings, no apologies, and no basic courtesy extended throughout the interaction.

Read morePoor service, lazy workers, bad attitude, always make people repeat themselves because they don’t pay attention to what the customers are saying, forgot some ingredients and only gave the outside wrapper with no inside wrapper and sticker to seal the wrapper. Only gave two options of cheese when there was clearly three options. Was missing a sauce from the options list and wasn’t bothered to go get it from the back. Just lazy. Asked for any drinks when there was one right in front of him so obviously wasn’t using his eyes. Didn’t even give a smile at the begging of the service. Manager was no help. If it is a customer based role then the workers there should really find a different job. They make it hard for us to order a simple meal. This isn’t the first time that store has bad customer service and it will definitely be the last time I’ll ever go there. Not worth it. You can go to a different store with the same food but better service. The service is part of the experience and it’s not a good look on the company when the workers continually just don’t give a damn.
