Everything about this place is top notch. Let me tell you why.

We popped in at 2:30pm where the sole waitress was juggling the till, taking orders, and cleaning up tables. I asked if we could take an indoor table which still needed to be cleaned up. She suggested that we could take an outdoor table and get shifted indoors once the table was cleaned up. We were happy enough to do the outdoors.

We went to put in our orders where she turned up at the till after delivering some pizzas and drinks. We stumbled through our orders which she happily complied with and didn't show an ounce of annoyance.

After 5 minutes of being seated, we received our drinks and as she was serving a member of our party, she glanced over at my drink and said, "That looks flat. Would you like to try it and I'll change it if it's flat?" Considering she was the only waitress on the floor, I have to applaud her keen eye for detail. A replacement drink was served in literally minutes.

Once the indoors table was cleared, she remembered to ask if we still wanted to move indoors. We politely declined but were surprised she even remembered!

Food was hot and delicious, as always. She also gave us a heads up to take the pizza slices from opposite ends to keep the tray balanced on the serving rack which saved us a near tipping over later in the meal.

We had a few slices of pizza left and when I asked for a takeaway box, the box supplied fitted the pizza slices EXACTLY to the point that my friends asked if she knew exactly how many slices were left.

It was a great meal with good quality good and too notch ingredients.

What made this experience AMAZING was the sole waitress on the floor on Tuesday, 18th of April, 2017, at 1430hrs, who with her eye for detail and great customer service, as well as amazing multitasking skills, made the dining experience sublime.

This shows how great customer service changes a good experience into an unforgettable one.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed with this experience. I called ahead in the evening specifically to ask how long I’d still be able to dine in. The person on the phone assured me it would be fine as long as I arrived within the next 30 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later – only to be told that dining in was no longer possible and had ended five minutes ago.

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and we had planned this dinner, so I tried to explain the situation and asked for some flexibility. The staff member refused to listen or show any understanding. He told me I could still order a takeaway pizza if I placed the order before 10:30pm. I stepped outside briefly to talk to my girlfriend, and when I returned at 10:20pm to order – well within the timeframe he gave me – the same person suddenly claimed the kitchen was now closed and refused to take my order.

To top it all off, they charge $6 for something as basic as garlic on a pizza – something that most places would gladly include for free.

The guy was unprofessional, inconsistent, and showed zero regard for customer service. I will absolutely not be returning – and I strongly advise others to think twice...

If you want to talk in detail, you forgot to mention as well that I came back a few minutes later because you gave me the refund in cash and I had paid with a card, so I paid a few extra cents, I asked you to return the total and you refused to do so, I told you that I wanted my money back and on my card and you also refused to do it, I came back because I didn't feel like leaving without claiming what was due to me. That's when you in a mocking mood told your coworker to give me more coins than I should received . That's when I went to the kitchen to tell you again that I didn't think it was the right way. At that moment, one of the kitchen employees named Tomas told me that "if I felt bad about a situation like that I should go to therapy". Since it is also a lie that we ordered more drinks and meals before ordering the second pizza, I have the payments to prove it. Just as I never insulted you at any time. I will never accept any inappropriate behavior towards me. I am very sorry to the girl who was in charge, a simple question unbalanced her and you did not know how to handle...
