McDonald's Albany Foodcourt — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

Usually McDonald’s service is ok but this particular time was a very put off experience. When I come with my family to order food last month, we ask for a cup of hot water but the lady working at the coffee area said they don’t have cups. That’s so strange because usually they just give you for free. I did order a combo and burger. Then she said they need to charge 20cents for the cup. It’s not really about the money, I don’t mind paying it but the attitude and the look on her face was so piss me off and make me don’t want to go back there again. Had a horrible experience there; we waited to be served just before closing time and their staff just looked straight through us. When we wanted to place our order they almost scolded us as they told us that they were closed. They couldn't care (and didn't ask) that we only wanted some ice creams, which would've take them a few minutes over their closing time... To me it shows that the value in hiring (what looked like inexperienced) teens cannot replace the care and concern that responsible mature adults can bring to a business. the one star is for the food, thr girl in manager uniform must being having an off day, no interaction during ordering, no smile, didnt tell me how much the total was, didn't even say a Thank You.... you work at a hospitality industry, at least understand the basic manner. Not impressed at all. There was a guy in bright shirt working at the moment as well, I assume he is the owner, he worked hard, but the staff were working without energy.
