UPDATE: WRONG ORDER AGAIN!! Normally if I HAVE to get food from here I check it at the drive thru before I drive off. But today I was in a rush and starving, hence the last resort. Ordered a S&egg & hashbrown. Got almost home - no hashbrown and no egg in my S&E. Had to go back (was going to just eat it and not bother but turns out it was also cold). I know Sat service is a bunch of teenagers, but how hard is it to check the order before handing it over? Also my fault for trusting that it would be okay. Honestly this has to be the WORST McDonalds ever. When you do go and request a replacement, there is never an grand gesture of apology - here have a free one on us next time, or would you like a drink to compensate you for your time? And heaven forbid that you complain to management - they have zero process for managing issues and don't care that your drive thru order is wrong. My advice. If you HAVE to eat here, dine in, or check your order before driving off (including for temperature!)
Three times I've ordered my vegetarian son a breakfast muffin without meat and three times it's got meat in it. On Friday we had to battle through the storms to get to the city and picked up breakfast on the way from this store. Requested "McMuffin with NO MEAT for a VEGETARIAN" got told "sure". Came with NO EGG and a rasher of BACON. battled the storms on return and called in to talk to lovely front of house - Rachel. She tried to ask her boss to speak to me but was told he was "too busy" and she should take my email address and he would "send some vouchers". She wrote my email on a NAPKIN. Needless to say, no follow up since. Yes there has been terrible flooding around - my street was affected, but not McDonalds on Constellation drive. What makes this manager think his time is more valuable than mine? I know people make mistakes, but it is clear that the lack of care from management around making sure these things don't happen is what's driving bad experience...
Read moreJust visited this firm on Sat as we decided to grab some treats for the kids, on our way back from Bunnings. The food and atmosphere was relatively okay. But the staffs were looked quite stressed, even the restaurant was only 1/3 seated. While I was waiting for my meal, I saw a complaint from a lady to the shop staff. After the customer left, the staff in red uniform talked to the other staff in black uniform (should be a senior or manager?), and that second staff said 'Fxxk yxx' at the way where the lady customer left, in quite light voice. I was quite shocked as a customer watching this. Well, I could understand why the lady customer was upset, as I saw what had happened. Her number was called and she tried to retrieve her order. But then the staff who called her decided to hold on the order, perhaps the order had not been fully prepared. The lady customer looked a bit disappointed. For a while later, her order just kept sitting at the same place untouched (well, I noticed this as there were not that many Mac's bags sitting at serving station), not until that staff in red uniform noticed it, called her and brought the bag to her again. Read moreI am very disappointed with their service, I ordered 2 meals on 7/08/23 at 2.34pm, and they did not supply the chess burger. So I called them and spoke with one of their manager, she asked me to go back to get it, I told them that it is busy hour with the schools traffic, will come back another time, the she asked me my name and phone number, I asked her can she sent me something so they know next time I come, but the lady on the phone said just tell them my name is fine next time when I come. Then I went this afternoon to ordered another 2 meals, and told them the story for my chese burger, but the manager said there is no record, and he can not help at all. I was very disappointed, angry and annoyed with their service. First of all, the chess burger is only $2.50, I don’t think it worth for a lie, second, I just purchased 2 meals, if I am someone they think, why I still purchased 2 meals. Thirdly, this is not the first time they said they will do something and not done. This is my experience with this MacDonad Constellation branch.
