No greeting even when she took our orders. That’s fine, things happened. BUT the fact that the latte was not hot at all (just slightly above room temperature, we could drink it as soon as it was serve), and the cream was already melted are NOT okay. How could one serve a melting cream?! Like, does Tsujiri not care their presentation and production after customer paid, or they dunno how to shake a can of cream properly, or, even worse, if that can of cream expired? It wasn't overly packed when we visited, but parking was somewhat full. Good thing there is street parking (pay & display) but should be free on Sundays.
These guys share parking with Clip & Climb, it is a bit confusing but you can park in a clip n climb space and validate parking on a tablet in store.
They have a self-serve kiosk at the counter. However, the loyalty doesn't work on it yet. Best to order with one of the friendly staff members.
Customer service is great, drinks and desserts are even better. I don't know what else to say as the standards are pretty similar across the board.
