Tulbo — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

I called them to ask to order some food, No one answered the phone so I drove to the restaurant to buy some soup and more menus to take away. I know it’s not lunch time so front staff might go for break or they’re might not staying in restaurant. but anyway I couldn’t see any front staff. So I tried to ask for ordering to staff in the kitchen. I tried to talk to them 3times but they just ignored me. As finally staff in kitchen answer me, They said just sold out with an annoyed look. So rude. I think they don’t need to aggressive to customer. I love their food but this experience was so unhappy. I don’t know..they’re might not front staff so they can think don’t need to serve customers, but at least they don’t need to ignore...

The shop wasn't busy when we went, Waited for 20 mins, Table that came after us was served food first. Asked the server about our order, she said its coming soon. Another 30 mins passed and still no food. Had to get back to work hungry. This place has no system in place.

This review is accurate for this specific visit based on the lack of communication of the waitress and wrong serving order.
