Wong's Kitchen — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

I had a very disappointing experience today. I called to place an order for three dishes and was told it would take 30 minutes to prepare. After arriving at the restaurant 40 minutes later, the receptionist informed me that my order had not even been started yet and asked if I would like to cancel. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the delay or inconvenience caused. I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I have been a regular customer at this restaurant in the past, but this experience has left a bad taste...

My friends and I visit Wongs very regularly (weekly) for a catch-up and a meal. We have been doing so for over 10 years. Wongs is unique, family run, with hospitality out-doing some of the best restaurants I have visited. Prices are great. We never leave hungry or dissatisfied!
