Had a great experience here. Staff were very busy on Thursday lunch time. I asked for my pita to be heated through well at the end as I am pregnant. Gentleman so receptive and ensured that everything was grilled well. Even offered to grill my Spinich before putting it in the pita. At the end, despite how busy, he ensured that it was well heated through in the press and at the end he got nervous that it was a little toasted and offered to make me another however I declined as I had requested that it was well heated. Worst Pita Pit I’ve been to. Ordered online to pick up at 5:35pm it’s now 6pm and order is still not ready and it’s not even busy, shop is basically empty. Ordered wedges with no bacon, heard them say “oh they were no bacon” so I go check and they’re picking the bits of bacon out! Then I say I’d like some fresh ones and then they look at me all offended!!! Can’t believe how bad this experience has been! Final got my order at 6:05 after standing around for an extra half an hour! Just got home and have discovered they didn’t add the sauces!...

Used the self checkout in the Taupo branch selected all my items then paid upon receiving my order I noticed that my pita was wrong when speaking to them they said they lost my docket and had to print out on offline but what I ordered was still not what I received and for some reason it also left out my smoothie that was apart of my pita order I left with what ever I received as it was 5:40 and I couldn’t be bothered waiting another 20 minutes to get my right order thoroughly...
