My family and I came in for dinner Thursday night 26th of May 2022, and was served by one of your unethical staff, my friend had ordered 2 butter chicken combos, and the staff member continued to ask my friend what she does?

When she replied with “I work”

He thought it was very bright of him to reply with “you don’t look like u work, your face tells me something else”

He continued with I like “you people” u come in here and throw money around, these white people a cheap”

Absolutely disgusting! That person you refer to as “you people” is an established graphic designer, you would have found that out had you asked the right questions!

Is it your job to be racially profiling and discriminating people based on skin colour or “look of face”

How do u think that looks for the establishment?

This is a shame because their curry is not bad. We ordered, paid and sat at the large table, only to be approached by staff questioning us if we had paid, by the very staff member who did our transaction.

I had to pull out my credit card statement to show them the transaction as they claim that they "can't find it" on their side. The transaction was there and they accepted our response but we just felt very uncomfortable after this exchange and it was just really odd because they don't really serve the food without you paying first. The staff were also just staring at us afterwards.

Not coming back here again after this. I'm not interested in being made to feel like a theif when we are just trying to enjoy...

Food is average. Worst customer service. Their loyal card is a complete BS and scam. It stated "BUY 10 COMBO MEALs & A FREE CURRY TO THE VALUE OF $12". Bought total 10 combos and collected 10 stamps on 3 separate cards. Staff/Manager refused to honor the free curry as the stamps are not collected on one single card, however there is absolutely nothing in writing that the stamps need to be collected on one single card nor the stamps are not transferable.
