Grand Central — Restaurant in Waitematā

I enjoyed my last Saturday night out with my 2 girl mates. Watched n listened to some awesome live music, they grooved mostly while I took advatage of the awesome bar staff & their great service.. cheers to the staff for mentioning to me about an app called "Orderella" and to come in during the week Mon to Fri between 4-7pm for 2 for 1 drinks... I did come in again on Wednesday following and I tried the app out too... "Orderella" is a pretty bad ass app that gives you a full detailed look at the bar of choice, menu, drinks and food with prices ... you just click on what you want, pay for it, once paid the app then sends the order to the bar staff, the staff sort your order and inform you back via the app when its ready for pick up,,,, BooOM!!.... really is a good idea this app saves you from time spent away from your companions.......

I used to go to Grand Central on a Monday or Tuesday night and you knew it was always pumping. But I hadn't been there for years. A mate of mine told me to get down to the G.C because he found out they do two for one drinks between 4-7pm weekdays so I thought i'd check it out. It's no lie. Its the most happiest of happy hours in Auckland lol. I asked the barman if I bought a bottle of champagne, would they still do two for 1? The answer is YES. They also had an app called Orderella where you can see whats on their menu, order it and pay for it and when its ready, they send you a notification to come and get it. AWESOME!! No more waiting at the bar. Its definitely handy for when you are in their outside area quite a distance from the bar. Oh yes, they also have Street fighter 2....

Worst pub I’ve been to. The security guards and their “boys” attack people randomly just cause they be looking fly! Bunch of low class low life working there as security guards! Absolutely shocking! Will never go there ever again! Someone looking like a security guard asked one of my friends to step outside and he just attacked him for no reason and tried to snatch his gold chain. And when he went to the security guard, he was taking the attackers side and didn’t let him back in the club! The guy was a small tiny ginger guy who thought he owned the club

And the band who was playing was rude to the audience! Never seen this kind of disgusting behaviour from any other live music...
