Read moreSadly I have to say this store has really bad customer service. I walked in for a coffee while I waited to pick up a friend from the ferry. I didn't get greeted or even looked at for about 5 minutes of being in the store. There was only 2 other customers in the store at the time and they had just finished ordering. There was 3 staff members on at the time. The 2 customers that were in front of me sat outside as it was a beautiful sunny day and the worked tried to yell out that their coffees were ready for them (which customers could not hear as were outside) and I over heard her say to another staff member that she wasn't going to take it out to them even though I was the only customer in store at this point and had still not been serviced. I don't like to pay $24 for two cups ( two scoops each), of gelato where the servings were well below what they should be. I even mentioned this to the guy who was serving us and he was quick to brush me off saying that I was wrong.
