Sadly I have to say this store has really bad customer service. I walked in for a coffee while I waited to pick up a friend from the ferry. I didn't get greeted or even looked at for about 5 minutes of being in the store. There was only 2 other customers in the store at the time and they had just finished ordering. There was 3 staff members on at the time. The 2 customers that were in front of me sat outside as it was a beautiful sunny day and the worked tried to yell out that their coffees were ready for them (which customers could not hear as were outside) and I over heard her say to another staff member that she wasn't going to take it out to them even though I was the only customer in store at this point and had still not been serviced. I don't know if that's old school of me but I would have taken it to them if it were me? So I opened the door and let them know there...

I have no problem paying for a quality product or food... What I do have a problem with is being ripped off!! I don't like to pay $24 for two cups ( two scoops each), of gelato where the servings were well below what they should be. I even mentioned this to the guy who was serving us and he was quick to brush me off saying that I was wrong. Upon consuming our gelato I was very much correct and this guy really does need to go back to school and take the pole out of his..... and try to listen to the customer for once and look at his level of service or current lack thereof.👎 Definitely won't be returning here, pay half the price anywhere else and you will get oh...
