I paid $100 for builder gel with extension and French tip. The job is so poorly done that I cannot justify ever paying this much for the quality of work that’s done. The builder gel application is done so unevenly, the shape of the nails are completely different than the almond shape I asked for. I went in with a reference photo to avoid any confusion and at the end I just gave up as I realized their skill level is just not there to achieve what I asked for. As a nail salon that’s been in business for two years, I expected them to have the most basic skill set. I had two different nail tech doing the shaping and the painting. The first nail tech was rude and cold when I had requests and questions, she was so rushed that she did not want to wait and listen to my request before proceeding. The concerns I had just got brushed off and ignored. The second nail tech that painted the nails had a good attitude and was trying her best to work with the poor job that was done by the first person. I felt bad for her as she had to clean up the mess that was left by the first nail teach. She tried her best with the French tip but it still wasn’t satisfactory as most were asymmetric. The polish was applied so far from the cuticles they looked like they have been grown out for two weeks. My polish started chipping after two days and I notice the so much bubbles in the nail, even small fine hair that was probably...

I recently visited this nail salon for a pedicure that included gel removal and gel polish application, quoted at $45. Unfortunately, the service was far below expectations. The entire procedure was rushed, lasting only 10 minutes. The technician barely filed my toenails and applied just one thin layer of polish, leaving the white tips visible and the overall appearance unfinished.
When I inquired about the incomplete coverage, I was told it was because I hadn’t requested a full service. However, the staff never clarified the service options or asked about my preferences; they simply proceeded with an express service. Even for an express service, the quality was unacceptable—my nails lacked proper shape and were unevenly painted, parts of my nail had missing paint.
Additionally, the staff was discourteous and rude from the start, making me feel unwelcome. After I finished, all employees quickly rushed out, making it clear they were closing. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling infuriated. I did pay $45 for at least a decent professional job. They did not deliver.
Overall, the combination of poor-quality work, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior made me very disappointed. I walked in with good spirit but walked out not having my service I paid for. I do NOT recommend...
Read moreI have had a lot of negative experiences with nail salons. A lot of mistakes made so coming here I guess you could say the bar was pretty low.
The ladies here do indeed have a professional attitude and pay homage to the name of the business.
Not once did I feel any pain, not once was I uncomfortable nor did I get mistakes in my final result.
We laughed and joked like we were old friends, it came easy for an awkward person like myself.
In terms of price, I would say it's the average for getting your nails done, mine were about $65-70 which may seem a little expensive but also not a surprise, however worth it for the level of service. I was not disappointed.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's perfect because everyone has room for improvement, but the interpersonal skills and conversation was worth having a little nail polish on my fingers or hand (which I hadn't noticed until recently).
Oh! And it was very clean, I like clean places. If you have some time, you should give them a try because they did well and I'm happy...
