I came to the shop after spotting from whilst running around Vic Park and went for lunch, Tonkotsu Ramen. The waitstaff was very helpful and answered all my questions. The broth was flavourful and the noodles were the right tenderness. I've had better at a couple of other places, but this really, really hit the spot for me.
