Let’s Ketchup — Restaurant in Waitematā

Slow awkward service. 25 minute wait for food after ordering (fair but not ideal when on the way to work). One person covering serving, cooking and register. The eggs were well poached (runny eggs) but cold and very vinegary served with unwanted freezing cold chutney. The microwave was in heavy use on the counter. The coffee was ok - but they serve all coffees with a small microwaved baked good of some kind which was unwelcome. It would be nice to be asked as I have allergies and don’t like to see wasted food. I didn’t like the decor as it felt a bit unhygienic to me; lots of plastic plants on the walls and ceilings (pointless dust traps) and sticky tables with books on them. I...

Absolutely amazing!! You wouldn’t even know these guys just opened up everything was so flawless it’s like they’ve been doing it for years 🥰

The customer service was friendly and inviting and our server made us feel looked after and informed. They have such a diverse menu from burgers and pizzas to pastas and salads and more so you have endless options!! If you and your partner can’t agree on a type of food to order they have your back. I got the chicken burger and it was beautiful, the seasoning was stunning and the presentation was top notch. Definitely recommend popping in if you’re staying in the city it’s an easy walk in a beautiful neighbourhood...

Visited Let’s Ketchup recently and had a great experience. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Tried their coffee—it was spot on, beautifully presented with smooth, rich flavor. The menu looks amazing with a good mix of Indian dishes, café favorites, and even a bar menu!
