Went there for a nice dinner out with my partner in the weekend. They were super busy and had a great vibe going on.
FIRSTLY the friendly guy at the bar told us there would be a 15-20min wait as the tables were all full. We were totally fine with that, and waited at the bar (although there were a few empty tables around). They had a Punjabi dance group perform throughout the evening... after their first performance, the same guy at the bar instructed the female waiter to set up one of the empty tables near the bar.... (why couldn't they just give us this table in the first place?). She returned to take our order 20mins later!
SECONDLY when our mains arrived, one of the dishes was not what we had ordered. We ordered Paneer Meri Pasand and they gave us Paneer Tikka Masala - no idea how that could be stuffed up. Anyway, the rice and one of the mains was served. We had to eat the mains on its own as the naan hadn't arrived. Finally when the naan arrived, it was hard and crispy and we were still waiting for the paneer to arrive, by the time it arrived the naan was cold.
THIRDLY we ordered dessert. My partner ordered the Paan Kulfi dessert and the waitress said they can't serve it because they don''t have the paan which they decorate the dessert with. We insisted that we weren't fussed and we're happy with just the paan kulfi. After multiple requests she just said no she couldn't because of strict orders from the chef. So we ordered two other desserts - mango kulfi and gulab jamun. One of the other staff noticed that we were waiting over 15mins for our desserts, and we told her about the paan kulfi, she said that the other female waiter is still training and that although there is no paan she is happy to get the kulfi for us which she did. Another 15mins later, as we were finishing the paan kulfi we were still waiting for the gulab jamun to arrive. The Punjabi dance group were performing so we thought we'd wait 5 more mins. Still nothing arrived.
We then decided, that this was ridiculous and decided to pay the bill and leave. As we were paying our gulab jamun and mango kulfi (which should have been canceled because we ended up getting the paan kulfi) arrived and they insisted we sit down to eat it. We said no, strictly because I was fasting and also we waited over 30mins for dessert and the service was so hopeless. They were still going to charge us the full amount for the Paan dessert (which by the way was more expensive then what was stated on the menu). The guy at the bar decided he wouldn't charge us as the dessert menu that was provided was the incorrect menu. It seemed as if they waited for the Punjabi dance group to finish their performances before they bought out our dessert... which I think is ridiculous if you have to wait over 30mins!
We will definitely not return for slack service...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional catering services provided by the esteemed Indian restaurant, I-Village, and I am beyond thrilled to share my enthusiasm! From the very first taste of their culinary creations, I was certain that our event would be a resounding success.

The pinnacle of satisfaction was witnessing the awe-struck expressions of the CEOs, directors, and GMs at our table as they savored the culinary treasures before them. Their inquiries about the origin of such culinary brilliance filled me with pride as I revealed the name of the restaurant, knowing I had introduced them to a culinary gem they would fondly revisit.

Will not be back again and will tell other not to go there too.
We were a group of 14 with 9 Adults and 5 Kids. We booked a table a day in advance for 7.30 PM. On the day of booking we received a call and was advised to that they have too many booking so either we get their Banquet which is $60 Per Person or move time. We moved the time to 8.00 PM. We were aware that there might be little delay in getting our orders. We ordered some drinks for the group and placed order for starters and mains all together to give them time to prepare. We order 3 different type starters, we were served 2 starter at half an hour apart. 3rd Starter wasn't served till 9.30 PM, I initially went up and spoke to the waiter who is a nice and polite person to find out whats happening with our starters and than i was going to back to my table when i was stopped by Owner Smit and was told that we warned the person who did booking that there might be delay so you shouldnt complain about it. The tone and behavior was very Rude and instead of being empathetic about it he was behaving very rudely. People who came to restaurant after us where getting their food served while were still waiting. I understand sometimes restaurants get overwhelmed by patrons but that doesn't mean you got be rude to your customer. So I told him to tone down his Attitude and walked back to my table. It wasn't enough that he followed me to our table started telling me off rudely in front of my friends. At that time we as a group decided we will not eat here and walk out after paying for what we have already consumed. At this time he comes back to table and tell us your food is ready and will be here in 5 mins. We still walked out and when we went to pay up for the items we have consumed he gave us the Bill for all the items we have ordered including the starter and mains which wasn't served. After few arguments he just told us i don't want to charge you anything that too very very rudely. We will never be back again and would definitely spread the word about the service of this restaurant. They are premium restaurant with premium prices but the Customer Service of the Owner is definitely...
