Appalling Service, Subpar Food: This restaurant experience was an absolute nightmare. The staff member, specifically a woman, displayed shockingly poor customer service.

Rude and Unhelpful: Instead of basic courtesy, I was subjected to rudeness and a complete lack of assistance. My questions were completely ignored, and even a simple request for separate sauce containers resulted in an inexplicably hostile reaction.

Upselling Missed: There was no attempt to upsell additional sauces, a missed opportunity on the takeaway’s part. This further highlights the lack of customer focus.

Frozen Falafel Disappointment: Adding to the disappointment, the falafel itself appeared to be frozen, unlike the fresh offerings found at other kebab shops on Queen Street.

Edit after Reply: You did not even investigated the case properly. Watch your CCTV footage again, as you have said there is audio in your footage. Listen carefully, I did asked her questions and the lady completely ignored me, Didn’t even bother to answer any of my question. When I asked her I want sauce separately she had opportunity to upsell sauce but she didn’t even say anything until I saw the empty sauce containers. I only touch two containers to show her but instead she decided to shout. Btw the whole situation would have avoided if you have trained your staff with basic customer service and how to upsell products. Regarding the photos, it’s a public domain and you are working in a hospitality industry, people will take photos and upload them. There are thousands of photos of various staff members from different establishments on the web. You are a member of the staff working customer facing role where there is least expectation of privacy.

Freshly off an eighteen and a half hour flight and hungry unsure where to go. I spot this lovely healthy place as we have them as well in America. Apparently this is a very popular place to go there was a bit of a wait but we got out in about 10 mins. We order three chicken pitas, three lemonades, and a water. My littles spilt a chicken and cheese pita and ate the entire thing without fussing parent win! We went back for seconds this time trying the lamb it wasn’t as appealing as the chicken but hey it met squashed the hunger need again for being healthy. I haven't been to this branch in ages since moving office and I tend to order either the chicken fala salad or the falafel salad to takeaway. There are usually a couple of tables outside but don't think they were out the day I ordered. Had the falafel salad which tasted alright. I don't know if because it has been so long that I think it doesn't taste the same anymore or if the falafel has gone down in quality since I last ordered it which would've been at least three years ago.
