Was told to call back for a Chinese speaker (for my mum ) and this lady whoâs speaks Chinese answered and talked to us in English thn processed to talk to us in Chinese and complains that itâs hard to talk to us but we were just confused because she was being really rude and she was like ânext time get ur report and call back or emails us no point in calling here â like we werenât sure where to email thatâs why we called like if we knew whatâs the point of calling you ?? When I rang, I was asked to send a follow up email which I replied, I did - multiple times but have yet to hear back. When I was transferred, the lady that I was handed over to was rude - very snippy in responding back and was cutting me off. As understanding as I am that thereâs backlogs, taking nearly a month to respond to clients emails to simply acknowledge proof of payment is absurd! If youâre not wanting to respond manually, it might be a good idea to set up an online payment on your website with automated receipt as proof of payment instead of bank transfer and cash payment.    Read moreWent there to work my visa and one of the staff member greet us with one of the worst greet you can get. Not a smile or a care was given. I ask some questions and most of the answer I got are really vague answers. I was in dire need to sort my visa and they don't even seem to care at all. They just want me to finish quickly and stop asking questions, which is their jobs. I never feel so angry dealing with the people there and hope the Embassy deal with these type of incompetent staff. Seriously, look at other southeast Asian embassies review on Google. They have higher ratings than ours. What does that say about our country,huh? Anyway, if you're at the embassy or planning to deal with this people there, I hope you're going to be alright. Good luck and hope the embassy staff wasn't rude...
