While they were able to make my meal gluten free (coeliac) I didn’t receive (nor was I informed I wouldn’t get) fries with my open chicken & brie sandwich as stated on the menu board, yet I still paid full price PLUS the additional charge $2.50 for gluten free bread, all two slices. $24.50 total which was a bit of a rip off for 1 small piece of chicken with salad and bread - way overpriced, equivalent of a toasted sandwich with chicken and salad which would have been at least $15 cheaper! I won’t be going back after being ripped off. edit No additional ingredients were involved (unless no fries and no brie are “additional”) so less, bread would have been used no matter the type. You did not attended to my table “at least three times” only once, and I have the guests were dining with me to confirm this. You have proven with your response you are a rip off! None of this is personal...

The food looked clean and fresh and tasted the same way with every mouth full as for the pastry it was to die for with pastry crum all over the front of my top. Who cares when the food tasted this good. Maybe the Breakfast chefs from Old Baileys should go up the Terrace to the Colonial Cafe and get a lesson on how to respect the food your handling for your customers. Colonial Cafe...
