I got a Hawaiian pizza on Saturday afternoon. I waited 10 mins for the two girls to stop talking and I had to ask to be served. The girl serving me was rude and didn't acknowledge me. She went back to her conversation and then they both disaapeared for 10-15 mins. No one around and my order and a phone orders came thru and the garlic bread got stuck in the conveyer belt so the oven stopped working. By the time she came back my pizza was cold and she gave me cold chips. I said my chips are cold so she thru them back in to warm up. She gave them back in 2 mins where I said they were still cold in the middle and she argued back they were fine. I said taste one then. I demanded fresh chips and she stomped off and left my pizza out getting colder than it already was. I suggested she give me my money back and cancel the order and she completely ignored me. I asked for the manager and no response. I have never come across such bad service, rude staff and then to find 2 pieces of pineapple on my whole pizza. I was there for over 30mins and they had a pile of orders coming thru on the machine but they were not interested in them. Hygiene was also an issue, as no gloves and she wiped her nose during serving my cold chips.
I have tired several times to ring the manager but no one answers. Is this the way to run a business. I shall not return and I would not recommend Newtown Pizza...

You don't get a phone call or told of changes that have been made by the store to your order when they are out of stock. Waited 40+minutes instore after pickup time in with no communication or letting you know how long your wait will be. Very disappointed that they had made changes and switched wings to tenders without any prior communication until I prompted them by asking if they had everything for my order after the 40+minute wait from the initial pickup time.
I would have cancelled my online order well before waiting a ridiculous long time if I had any communication they couldn't fill your order.
Wait times to be acknowledged when you are at counter can easily be upwards of 20minutes. Always seem to be understaffed.
Also found it disgusting that someone had dropped a pizza on the floor and placed it on the new pizza boxes used for packaging food before being told to throw it out.
Please work on your communication and customer service as this is severely lacking. Waiting for customers to prompt you before you tell them you've changed their order without you informing them is ridiculous.
Never had issues with communication from other pizza hutt locations as they will always try call you or ask you if it's okay to alter on pickup before they...

When I got to the store to pick my order up, I was left waiting at the counter 5 minutes with various staff members seeing me waiting and ignoring me, but I understand they were busy as it was a Friday night so I didn't mind waiting too much. However, when a staff member finally did come to the counter to serve, he served a woman that was standing behind me in line and completely ignored me. After serving her he went back to the kitchen and left me waiting again. He came back a few minutes later and served me (I had been waiting about 10 minutes) and he had the worst attitude. He didn't even greet me and had an irritated look on his face. I tell him I'm there to pick up my online order, and when he comes back I tell him I'm paying by cash and he sighs and is obviously annoyed by the fact I'm paying by cash instead of card? He then spends a while trying to figure out how much change is due, and when there's not enough change in the till he just gives me extra money and sarcastically tells me to "spend it wisely" before storming off.
