National Storage Newtown, Wellington — Local services in North Island

Run down premises -- bent unit doors, hand written scribble notes on security, roller door comes down long time after leaving, tinest carpark (no chance turning a car with trailer around). Shocked how awful this place is. Greatest safety issue is no signs to warn, that you have to push trolley up a big bump and then will run down hill (where the 2 buildings join) -- so dont use the big trolley if your loading boxes with any reasonable weight. I was so lucky I did not break my arm when I unexpectedly had to try and stop the darn thing from crashing. Many other much better...

I have had to used Storage King (now National Storage ) over the last year and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. I had a whole house full of furniture that I needed to get rid of by selling it and giving it away. During that time I had no issues with them. My only suggestion would be you need to get rid of any packing paper rubbish yourself as they do not have a facility to do...

Great place for boxes, especially if you're moving house. Great staff, and customer service. Office hours are different to access hours if you want to open up your locker.
