Updated review: Gongcha NZ often lacks good quality control among its stores and responsibilities. Gongcha NZ has also delegated their social media to a social media agency Besa Social. I think it’s a terrible choice cause Besa social is nothing but a group of biased people (foodies) and are not that active on social media even though they are a social media agency. They also fail to be professional and they do not have any service regarding assisting and addressing customers’ concerns. The ultimate objective of any business is to provide some sort of service. I don’t suggest any business to use Besa social it’s nothing but a brand that spread misinformation and they just do the job poorly. For the fact Gongcha NZ and Besa works together shows that there are a lot of similarities between these two businesses. Both unprofessional and lack responsibilities. If this is what you’re after consider going to Gongcha NZ and supporting them. If you’re a business do not use Besa social as they basically do nothing. Very disappointed.
As of Gongcha Lynmall now there are other options like comma tea. Interesting thing some online foodies have also recommended Comma Tea. I think much better off visiting there. Why support an unprofessional business and a business that keeps...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service and quality. My 10-year-old daughter and her grandmother went for brown sugar milk tea and watched the staff dump a 1/3 cup of sugar—measuring cup and all—into the drink, then fish it out. Not only was this unhygienic and unprofessional, but the final drink tasted overwhelmingly sweet, with no noticeable tea flavor at all. To make matters worse, the staff member served the drink by throwing the cup onto the counter, which felt careless and disrespectful, especially to a child and her grandmother. A really unpleasant experience for what should’ve been a simple treat. We hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and use it to improve both the quality of your drinks and the courtesy of your service. Families like ours want to support local businesses, but we also expect basic standards of care and...
Read moredrinks are okay and taste natural, but cheese top bit too thin. one of the boys always looking not confident and bit rude as if customers owe him money... no smile no greetings..looks like he is too busy and not having extra capacity to handle customer communications...will be great if them to receive more training to enhance customer service. --hi Thank you for responding, however i don't think most of the customers would really go spend more time sending emails through, emails are too old school method. the best way is company knows how to process and analyze this kind of unstructured customer feedback from google and facebook comments. My time of visiting store was around 5pm, on Sunday...
