The Coffee Club LynnMall. — Restaurant in Whau

Dined twice at this store now, first time was terrible...2nd time was even worse! After the first experience I thought to be fair give it a 2nd chance and honestly should have stuck with my usual store. As a VIP member I dine every day at Coffee Club and love love love their coffee and food... except Mon 20th Feb 2017 decided to give lynnmall a go, ordered 2x Eggs Benedict, Caramel Latte and White Hot Chocolate. Eggs were very under cooked, (still raw in places) and ciabatta was very burnt... I let it go as it could be nerves of just being open a few days but coffee and white hot chocolate tasted like water with syrup... was terrible! Walked out a unhappy customer. Tuesday 28 Feb 17 went back with a few friends for coffee n breakfast. The guy on the till was pleasant taking our orders, we paid and sat down. The cafe was not busy at all 4 tables of a few people, took 20 mins for our coffees to turn up, which was wrong then our food was up which sat for 10 mins under the heat lamps until someone brought them to the table. My scrambled eggs were rubbery and so tasteless! Even hD a slight tinge of green to them. Coffee again was horrible and watery! What was worse was the lady behind the counter yelling at other staff members that coffee was up, she then turned to a paying customer who was aitttimg down waiting and said "hey yous!" Is this your order! Yes... yous! Very unprofessional 😐 An elderly couple who had not long been there after us was waiting a good 20mins for their coffee too and said to us that Xmas was coming pretty fast! The store seems to be run by people that don't know what they are doing... or what customer...

Value for money is a poor criteria lacking in this paticular cafe as well as decent portion sizes, i ordered a Haloumi quinoa salad at the time i believe, i also orderded a side of extra chicken for $6 extra, well over $15 probably around *$18 or so for the total amount. I recieved the salad which was the tinest portion ive had ever seen. It was 7 letteuce leaves with a small sprinkle of croutons and 4 SMALL PIECE SIZED CUBES OF CHICKEN no larger than a 5 cent piece and i had paid $6 for 4 cubes of chicken RIDICULOUS, also a side of 3 small halloumi sticks. Not very happy at all considering the money i had paid for this. Id advise you to check your portions to match your pricing before you hand out your plated dishes for future reference GIVE US WHAT WE PAY FOR!!!. Ive have ordered this salad many times at countless coffee clubs and this one by far is the most shocking. I will end on a good note however staff are very friendly and provide good...

18 Aug 2025 - 8:30am I tried to order an Iced Mocha, and the guy serving me took my order and immediately left to make my drink. He comes back with something completely different. When I came back to ask why this wasn’t an Iced Mocha he tells me that Iced Mochas don’t have dairy. Then I showed him their online menu which clearly says “includes dairy” he then proceeds to say I ordered an Iced Americano and he confirmed with me before I paid. But he just entered it into the system and left to go make the drink immediately before I had even tapped my card on the eftpos machine. Another guy came and made me another drink and then tried to CHARGE ME AGAIN? When I told him I had already paid he said he’s going to charge just the price difference, but the price of both the drinks were exactly the same. He sighed and passed me the drink with so much attitude and said “ugh here take it free” like wth? Never coming...
