The best bread I've had in the whole of Nicaragua. The baguette and the multiseed bread are my favourites. The owner and baker Rafael is really friendly and super courteous. He has lived in France where he learned the art of bread making. Also the little chocolate chip sweet breads are a great option for breakfast.
