WHAT TO EXPECT? Large, modern waterfront restaurant & bar with mixture of outdoor seating and indoor space for dancefloor at night. Extensive menu of food including burgers, sushi, soups, seafood and whole menu for cocktails and beers.

OUR EXPERIENCE- We went from 3-6pm and enjoyed 241 mojitos, beers and G&Ts. We ordered fried chicken to share but when we bit into this it was half raw. We informed staff, they apologised and took it away to be redone. Nice atmosphere, great view over the beach, nice music, lots of staff around.

PRICE / COST / PAY- Can pay card , can pay cash. 10% tip (optional) automatically added to the bill. We spent 11000 Cordoba to have 2 mojitos, 2 pints of local beer, 1 gin and tonic, 1 portion of fried chicken.

POSITIVES- loads of seating, view over beach, huge menu choice for food and drinks, attentive staff.

I ordered the pichana steak. I asked for it Rojo Ingles which i thought was medium (that's how it looked in the picture on the menu). It came to me still pretty raw, so I asked them politely if they could just cook it a little bit more. Which? They did and when they brought it to me.I was like, Oh , this looks better, and then I cut into it. It was still pretty raw so I took a couple of bites and then I asked for a box and the bill so that I could leave. We had a great experience at Tuanis Resto Bar in San Juan Del Sur! Our waiter, Addylson, was wonderful: attentive, friendly, and fun with the kids.

I ordered the pulpo and it was cooked perfectly: I know how hard it is to get the cuisson right, and they nailed it. My kids were thrilled too: one asked for 16 nuggets and ended up with 18, which totally made his day.

To top it all off, it was El Día del Ron, and they were offering free pours of 12-year rum. Smooth, flavorful, and such a nice surprise!
