Overall disappointing. The food was okay but nothing exceptional, also the two dishes I wanted to eat weren’t available so I had to pick something else from the menu. The bread was just a normal bread which you could buy in the store and it was cold, I was thinking they make their own bread on place, something like flat bread (I had such in Sarajevo and it was delicious so I was thinking since it’s the Balkans then perhaps they would do it here as well..) The staff were friendly however what I found completely horrible is that it’s allowed to smoke cigarettes inside, the whole place was one big, stinky cigarette smell place. I found this place online and saw positive reviews that’s why I wanted to try it, especially with the local dishes. Restaurant was nice, menu had English translations. Large portions and the kabobs were good. The attached hotel was a 2 star for the price. Beds were okay but the bathroom was a disaster. The shower was missing a door so water got all over the bathroom. The shower stall had a built in seat/shelf that took up 75% of the floor so you could barely move and the drain wasn’t in the shower but had a little hose connected to the drain. Wow, the absolute best tripe stew in Skopje.

From stews, I only eat tripe stew, and whenever circumstances arise, I ask for such a stew.

I have nothing to add, to praise, simply whoever wants tripe stew, let him go here, and he won't go wrong! Price is little bit higher, but worth!
