Try to avoid this tourist trap in my hometown Bergen!

This is one of the tourist traps in my hometown Bergen you should try to avoid! I have been there three times since it opened. Every time I am disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. Today (10/9-16) my wife and I tried it again for a lunch. We ordered two sandwiches and something to drink. There was a long queue for ordering and I had to return to the desk three times to ask for the food (took more than 40 minutes). The service is also really bad. The waiter did not even try to smile when he serves the customer.

The location is fabulous with great view to the breathtaking mountains surrounding Bergen. Shame that the food and service does not live up to this!

This cafe with a large outdoor seating area sits right next to the pond in the city’s large park. The selection is fairly limited with only one beer, but it’s still a nice place to sit in the sun. It can get blazingly hot with the sun beating down, so it’s nice to find an umbrella as well. It isn’t a destination in itself, but it’s worth a quick stop on a nice day when...

Arrived at 9:55am and waited for the place to open. At 10:30 we asked the waitress wether she was going to open soon, she was rude in return and continued to organise chairs, at 10:50 we left. Disappointed because there is a very nice view but we found the staff to be rude and didn't seem to be bothered...
