I discovered this hidden gem in Vulkan, Atelier Asian Tapas. Phở tasted good but I feel like the serving was only in a smaller bowl as compared to what i used to eat. I wanted to sip for more of that broth.

Kamskjell was cooked beutifully less the butter. How I wish I could have asked to put some cheese over the kamskjell. That would have been heaven for me.

The broth is rich with herbs and spices... no sign of MSG on my palate after the meal (unlike other pho I’ve tried in Oslo).
